这是让全民学驾照开小车的节奏啊。带头盔没什么不好安全第一，可是家里俩不满十六岁孩子上学的咋办。只能带一个，能不能学校配校车，接送。方便学生上学。

重点查闯红灯、逆行等违法行为，而不是强迫大家带头盔，可以说99%以上的事故都是不遵守交通规则造成的。另外遵守交通规则，只是没戴头盔，被罚款，是不是可以认为政府有意为之，就是想罚老百姓钱，以此创收。
