normal;">小王按对方的要求，在平台上完成交易后，看到自己的平台账号显示3000元已到账，小王在操作提现时，系统提示信息出错，对方称小王因自己输入的银行卡号有误，导致其账号被冻结，需要交纳解冻费3850元才能完成提现。于是，小王按对方要求将3850元解冻费转入对方指定的银行账号，仍无法提现。随后，对方又让小王再交纳5000元的账号激活费，如果不交，前面的解冻费将无法返还。</p><p
