富康花园业主投诉：楼顶搭棚养鸽，邻居不堪其扰

background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-indent: 2em;">根据市民的反映，8月15日，12345幸福洪栏目来到了富康花园小区D3栋，尚未走进，只见有十数只鸽子在该栋二单元楼顶上低空盘旋。刚上4楼，浓重的鸽粪气味便弥漫在空气中，楼层越高气味越重。待上了楼顶阳台，记者看到鸽子的主人架起了近2米高的金属笼舍，整个区域大约为2平方米，围栏横杆上，能看到还有鸽子正闲庭信步，此外，周边的阳台、窗台和外墙上，也有不少地方都沾着灰白相间的鸽粪痕迹。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
