高庄花园高层住户“随手抛”！物业直言无法处理！

letter-spacing: 1.5px; text-align: justify; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: rgb(251, 249, 245); text-indent: 2em;">为进一步了解情况，8月17日记者来到了高庄花园小区。刚一到达该小区的四号楼二单元，记者就发现这个问题去年七月份就曾有市民投诉到民情在线栏目组。“在我们四号楼二单元有个公共天井，在公共天井里面有很多违章建筑，在这个违章建筑上面垃圾都堆成堆了，这不是一天两天形成的。现在这种垃圾形成了一种居民楼内特殊的垃圾场，盛夏季节，垃圾就堆在厨房窗户底下窗户口，窗户都不能开，客厅窗户都不能开。”高庄花园小区业主说。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; letter-spacing: 1.5px; text-align: justify; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: rgb(251, 249, 245); text-indent: 2em;">在四楼的连廊处，记者通过打开该处的窗户看到了这个内部天井，本该落在一楼天井处的垃圾随着低层住户陆续搭建起的棚子，现在已经到达了四楼。从物业工作人员处我们也了解到，这种垃圾层层攀升的现象，也给他们的清理带来难处，堆积情况也是越来越严重。“这种情况下，我们要打扫必须从上面那户人家进入。如果没有人，我们只能让保安站在外面阳台上拿长一点的棍子、竹竿子拨弄，但是拨弄会弄到对面人家的窗户上，矛盾也就产生了。”物业工作人员说。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; letter-spacing: 1.5px; text-align: justify; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: rgb(251, 249, 245); text-indent: 2em;">随后，记者随机在其他楼栋打开这种连廊的公共天井，可以看到上面基本只有零星的垃圾，且并不存在搭棚子的违建行为，这与物业表示的一周会定期清理一次公共天井这一说法契合。针对于四栋二单元这种空中垃圾的情况，物业负责人表示他们会尽快清理。“我们都是定期清理天井垃圾，正常一个礼拜都清理两到三次。针对这个情况，最近一两天我们会清理干净。但是对于棚子的问题，我们无能为力，因为我们没有执法权不能强拆，只能让上级部门联合居委会来执法处理。”高庄花园小区物业临时负责人冷静说。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; letter-spacing: 1.5px; text-align: justify; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: rgb(251, 249, 245); text-indent: 2em;">违建处理效果不佳，天井垃圾层层叠起，该处居民的高空随手抛问题到底该谁来解决，低层住户的生活舒适度谁来保障。记者认为不能因为治理难度大就抛之弃之，短暂的垃圾清理并不能解决该处的根本问题。若要改变该处的空中垃圾问题，需从根源上解决居民这种随手高空抛物的习惯，小区物业既要做好日常宣传引导、营造文明氛围，更要落实相关职能部门对高空抛物行为的依法查处情况，更为重要的是广大业主要规范自己的行为，促进健康文明生活习惯的养成。只有多管齐下，高空抛物这种生活陋习，才能从根本上得以扭转。</p><p><br/></p><link rel="stylesheet" href="//www.shfq.com/source/plugin/wcn_editor/public/wcn_editor_fit.css?v134_YR7" id="wcn_editor_css"/> 都住高楼了，素质应该也跟高楼一样才对呀…… 其实，想治理那些喜欢高空抛物的人家也很简单，在楼下装上监控，监控摄像头往上照就可以了，里面漏井里装一个，在小区外围楼下装一个监控摄像头，将镜头往上照，垃圾从哪一家窗口扔出来的，能照的清清楚楚，然后报警处理，扔一次罚款1000元，或者拘留十天半个月，看她们还敢高空抛物，这就要看物业管理处的管理态度了，没有治理不好的事情，除非不想治理。 一些人素质太差了，特别是13号楼住在高层的人，我在楼下都亲眼目睹过好几次了，把生活垃圾直接从高楼上抛下来，嗖的一声响，垃圾砸在楼下天窗上，你看高庄花园小区楼下天窗所有玻璃，都是大大的窟窿，有些人就是不能惯着，治理一次，让他们知道厉害，就是因为扔一次没人治理他们，扔二次也没有人治理她们，所以，就有第三次继续往下扔垃圾的习惯，这能怪谁？要怪就怪物业管理处无能。 如此素质真是丢人现眼，我家垃圾都是垃圾袋包好，下楼带走扔垃圾桶里。经常看见有的人厨房垃圾直接端盘子倒进垃圾桶，弄得污水横流，招苍蝇。你们连个垃圾袋都买不起吗！买菜的塑料袋子也可以再利用装垃圾啊！ 是的呀！真不太好抓呀 处罚力度不大 事多，有什么的真当泗洪是一线城了 物业垃圾的不得了 先不说人，物业那么垃圾，走廊二期都没什么人打扫，还说每天去打扫，一个监控没有，人车不分流，到处路都走不了，你们管理什么了 高庄花园住的全是老人。。。素质你们懂 我们住在新小区也一样，有些人素质差，随手往天井丢垃圾。 估计是为了挡住上面扔垃圾，底层楼的人才搭棚子的 高层一家发一个小垃圾桶，每个楼栋门口放几个大垃圾桶，小区设置一个大点的垃圾堆放清理点。我住的小区就是这么做的，非常干净卫生。
